DesignVersa does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products, including:

6. Digital downloads
7. Source code
8. Other downloadable digital products

Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately after purchase, we are unable to provide refunds after the order has been completed.
